Roc Nation Sports, owned by rapper Jay-Z, is becoming more aggressive in the boxing industry, signing several new boxers in since late 2014.

However, after failing to sign former world champion Adrien Broner, Roc Nation Sports also allegedly failed to sign three other boxers, according to TMZ Sports. Although the fighters who spoke with TMZ chose to stay anonymous, the three names that are in question are Danny Garcia, Robert Guerrero and Shawn Porter.

There is no confirmation on whether they are indeed the three boxers who rejected the promotional offer.

Garcia and Porter were unavailable for comment. The three boxers have one thing in common - being represented by boxing adviser Al Haymon, who also works with Floyd Mayweather.

Guerrero spoke with Boxing Scene but did not confirm or deny that he was approached by Roc Nation.

Guerrero, however, told Boxing Scene, "Loyalty is more important than money."

According to the boxers who spoke with TMZ, they said that they were approached by Roc Nation Sports but were disappointed that its head, Jay-Z, did not personally reach out to them. The boxers, just like Broner, felt disrespected that only Jay-Z's contacts communicated with them instead of the rapper negotiating the proposal personally.

Roc Nation did not comment on the recent signing issues.

Previously, Adrien Broner made news when he said a lot of expletives against Jay-Z and Rihanna, who is also signed by Roc Nation. Bleacher Report wrote that the boxer was offered $40 million to fight for five years under Roc Nation but he ultimately rejected the deal, saying that he was worth more than that and that Jay-Z should have personally talked to him because "bosses only talk to bosses." A few days later, Broner apologized for his brash comments.

Despite failing to land the four boxers, Roc Nation Sports continues to grow. NJ.com wrote that the company recently signed Jonathan Maicelo despite losing a lightweight title match on January 11, 2015. Butch Sanchez, Maicelo's trainer, said that Jay-Z is looking to put a lot of money in boxing. On the day of Maicelo's loss, Roc Nation Sports and Gary Shaw Productions finished their merger.

After Jay-Z founded the company, Roc Nation acquired several big talents such as Victor Cruz of the New York Giants, NBA MVP Kevin Durant of the OKC Thunder and Geno Smith of the New York Jets. It also recently acquired Georgia running back Todd Gurley who is expected to be among the top picks in the 2015 NFL Draft.
