The first official full trailer of the much awaited movie "Ant-Man" is finally out!

Fans of the upcoming movie "Ant-Man" no longer have to settle on its ant-sized and human-sized teasers as the more detailed trailer has finally been released. Watch it here:

The trailer starts with Dr. Hank Pym's monologue which goes: "Scott, I've been watching you for a while now. You're different. Now don't let anyone tell you that you have nothing to offer."

While we hear him say these words, we see Scott Lang being caught and arrested. Then it shifts to a shot of Dr. Pym watching him through multiple monitors. Then we see Scott being released from prison. Then again, we see Pym talking to him saying, "Second chances don't come around all that often. I suggest you take a really close look at it."

Pym's monologue continues, "This is your chance to earn that look in your daughter's eyes. To become the hero that she already thinks you are. It's not about saving our world. It's about saving theirs. Scott. I need you to be the Ant-Man."

We then get a glimpse of Pym's laboratory, villain Darren Cross and his Cross Technological Enterprises, and Scott's family. We also get to see him suited up to become the tiny superhero.

The movie's first full trailer debuted on Tuesday, January 6, during the two-hour series premiere of Marvel's "Agent Carter" on ABC.

From the name itself, Ant-Man is the superhero who has the ability to shrink to roughly the size of an ant but can punch with as much force as a normal sized person. He also has the ability to communicate telepathically with insects.

Paul Rudd plays the role of Scott Lang/Ant-man. Others who are included in the cast list are "Behind The Candelabra" and "Wall Street" actor Michael Douglas as Dr. Hank Pym; "The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug" and "Lost" actress Evangeline Lilly as Hope Van Dyne, Hank Pym's daughter; and "House of Cards" and "The Bourne Legacy" actor Corey Stoll as Darren Cross. Also in the list are Bobby Cannavale, Michael Peña, Abby Ryder Fortson, Judy Greer, David Dastmalchian, Wood Harris, John Slattery, Gregg Turkington, and T.I.

The movie is based on the same Marvel comic character which was first published in 1962. It is directed by Peyton Reed, known for the movies "Bring it On" and "The Break-Up." It is produced by Kevin Feige together with Louis D'Esposito, Alan Fine, Victoria Alonso, Michael Grillo and Stan Lee. It will hit theaters on July 17, 2015.
