Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting has recently admitted to having gone under the knife at the age of 18 and she does not regret it. "The Big Bang Theory" actress stars as the lead female character in one of the most popular sitcoms around. Although she's been in the business a long time, she admits that she has confidence and self-esteem issues.
The 29-year-old actress admits to having had breast enhancement surgery back in 2004 while filming her previous sitcom "8 Simple Rules", reports E! Online. The actress reveals she calls the move "the best decision I ever made."
The revelation was made to U.S. Cosmopolitan Magazine for its May 2014 issue where the actress gave a very honest interview.

Two years before her surgery in 2002, Cuoco spoke to Entertainment Tonight regarding celebrity surgeries and shared: "I'm only 16 years old but I can understand why many other stars have chosen to change their looks."
In her Cosmo interview, the blonde newlywed, married to Tennis player Ryan Sweeting, spoke about her intenet-obsession about comments made on her appearance, specifically on Twitter.
"I started reading [the social media comments] and thought, 'Maybe I need to make more of an effort and not go out in my UGGs and be disgusting,'" she explains. "So I started putting on makeup. And they started writing, 'Wow, someone really likes being in front of the camera' and 'Her hair's done now for coffee.' I couldn't do anything right."
While she does recognize that it's not healthy and constantly asks herself why she needs to see the comments, she admits that she can't give up checking social media, "...I'm obsessed. I openly admit to being totally insane about that."
Aya Kanai, a Fashion director, praised the beauty for opening up saying: "Not only is she honest about all the wonderful and great things that she loves about her life, but she's also open and honest about the things that she wanted to change," writes She Knows.
Kaley's issue hits newsstands on April 8 and Mrs. Sweeting has shared the photo of her Cosmo cover on her Instagram page.
