A woman from Peru's rural area captured herself going into labor on video, and she posted on social networks the moment where she was giving birth to her baby while she was alone and standing.
According to SDP Noticias site, to give birth vertically is a tradition of Peru's rural regions. This video, which was posted on Facebook and Youtube, showed the shocking and hard work that women have to undergo to face to give birth.
With a length less than 2 minutes, the video showed the expulsion of the fetus, which is received by the mother with no other help but her hands.
The site indicated that to give birth standing allows the mother to search the hips' rotation and change the pelvis diameter, which makes the delivery of the baby easy without complications.
