Don Omar might not be throwing up his hands or swinging his hips back and forth to his hit single "Danza Kuduro" any time soon, as it appears that the yacht used in that video got him into a boat-load of trouble.

The gossip and paparazzi web site TMZ reported that the Puerto Rican singer, his record company, and pretty much everyone involved with the famous video was sued by a Portuguese company that claims that Don Omar used the boat featured in the music video without permission.

The company is not only suing for trespass, but also for defamation of the boat named "Le Reve" saying that it has suffered damages as a result of its association with the video's promiscuous image.

Poor yacth, none of his other yacht friends will talk to him anymore.

The boat briefly appears three times during the video starting at 2:15. During the scene we see three beautiful ladies standing on it and when Don Omar and Lucenzo approach "Le Reve" the ladies decide to follow the singers.

The representative of Don Omar told TMZ that the reggaeton artist denies any responsibility related to the video because it is the recording company's responsibility to clear any shooting locations and in this case yacht rentals.

While there have been no public comments made by the singer about the case he has been promoting Dragmania on his social media sites.

"MIAMI ESTÁN LISTOS PARA #DRAGMANIA2013 ?" (MIAMI ARE YOU READY FOR #DRAGMANIA2013?), the singer posted oh his Facebook today.

The three-day family festival that celebrates music and racing is presented by Don Omar along with Pina Records. It starts today.

Natti Natasha, the guys from La Formula (RKM y Ken-Y, Plan B, Arcángel, Zion y Lenox, Lobo) and Don will perform during the event.

An even more impressive and awaited performance will be that of the singer who according to the event's site will get behind the wheel of his racecar Blue Zone in aims of victory and to remain the champion.
