President Barack Obama is set to deliver the State of the Union address tonight and the news networks are preparing and confirming their coverage.

Tonight's address will be the president's first follow his reelection and inauguration.

CBS will have their "CBS Evening News" anchor and Managing Editor Scott Pelley lead their coverage starting at 9 p.m. EST. Pelley's coverage will also feature an interview with House Majority Leader Eric Cantor of Virginia, which will be seen during the "CBS Evening News" at 6:30 p.m. EST.

Starting at 9 p.m., Pelley will join "Face the Nation" anchor Bob Schieffer and "CBS This Morning" co-host Norah O'Donnell moments before Obama enters the hall of Congress. CBS News Chief White House Correspondent Major Garrett and CBS News Congressional Correspondent Nancy Cordes will also be on hand to report.

The cable news network known as CNN is stacking their coverage will newly added journalists Jake Tapper and Chris Cuomo of ABC joining Wolf Blitzer, Anderson Cooper, Erin Burnett, and Kate Bolduan in tonight's coverage.

Special guest commentators for CNN's coverage includes two personalities seen on other news networks: Newt Gingrich and Jennifer Granholm, usually seen on Fox News and Current TV, respectively. Chief political analyst Gloria Borger, senior political analyst David Gergen, and CNN political contributors Cornell Belcher, Donna Brazile, Alex Castellanos, Margaret Hoover, Van Jones, and Ana Navarro will provide additional commentary.

Ironically, CNN's Sunday talk show host Candy Crowley, who hosts the "State of the Union," will be absent from tonight's coverage due to family obligations.

CNN's coverage starts two hours early, starting at 7 p.m. EST.

From cable to broadcast, PBS will have Judy Woodruff anchoring President Obama's State of the Union address. Woodruff's coverage will feature commentary by New York Times Columnist David Brooks and syndicated columnist Mark Shields.

As with CBS and CNN, PBS will broadcast the Republican response, to be delivered by Florida Sen. Marco Rubio.
