The hit show Nuestra Belleza Latina will return to Univision after six successful seasons.

The beauty pageant reality show will put 12 young women selected by the judges to compete for the title of Nuestra Belleza Latina. The winner will earn a cash prize of $250,000 and becoming a personality for Univision. The show will be hosted by actress and talk show host Gisele Blondet and will feature the return of its controversial judges Osmel Sousa, Miss Universe Lupita Jones, and actor Julian Gil, who is currently starring in UniMas' soap Opera "Quien Eres Tu?". The 2013 series will also feature actress and Miss Universe Alicia Machado as a judge.

During the course of the show, the participants must display skills and talent in such areas as acting, modeling, and reporting.

Auditions are currently being held in Puerto Rico, New York, Houston, Chicago, Phoenix, San Jose and Miami. There will also be an opportunity for virtual casting. Participants will have the opportunity to tape a video from their homes and then put it on the web. The video with the most votes from the mass audience will get the opportunity to go to the live auditions.

Past winners have obtained successful careers with Univision and include Vanessa De Roide, Alejandra Espinoza, Greydis Gil and Nastassja Bolivar.

The next auditions will be held on Jan.10 in Puerto Rico. For information on the reality show and to sign up for the auditions visit nuestrabellezlatina.com.

The show is slated to premiere on Univision in February.
