The next Motorola device specs have been leaked and it could rival against Apple's iPhone 5 or Samsung's Galaxy S3.

The Motorola Droid Razr M HD specs were provided by PhoneArena with additional information being provided by a source.

The next Droid smartphone has a larger screen size than the iPhone 5 with 4.5-inches while bearing 1,280x720 pixel resolution and a pixel density of 326 pixel per image (ppi).

The Droid Razr M HD will apparently run on the Android operating system version 4.1 but can be upgradable to the Android 4.2.

The battery life comes prepared with 3,300 mAh for just over 21 hours of talk time and 15.65 hours for standby time.

The internal storage for the smartphone will be 16GB with 1024MB of RAM. A microSD card slot will be available for up to 32GB additional space.

The Droid Razr M HD will utilize the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus MSM8960 with a dual-core processor 1500 MHZ, Krait.

PhoneArena noted, "The whispers about this device are not backed by any image, or any other substantial proof, so definitely take this with a huge grain of salt. Still, it seems like a logical device for Motorola to release."
