Manchester United drew a tough matchup in the Champions League, but the team is still in solid form atop the English Premier League.

Despite Manchester City's 1-0 win over Reading Saturday, Manchester United is still three points ahead of City with a game in hand. The team has won five straight matches and has scored 14 goals in that stretch. Robin Van Persie leads the team with 12 goals and Wayne Rooney has scored seven goals this season. Man U leads all teams with 43 goals scored in 17 matches, but defense is their biggest issue. The team's 24 goals against are among the highest totals allowed in the league.

Their opponents on Sunday are Swansea City, a team in the middle of the pack trying to get back into the race for a Champions League position. With 23 points, Swansea is seven points behind a Europa league or Champions League berth. The team has struggled offensively all year with just 26 goals in the year.

Michu has 12 of those goals (46 percent) and no one on the rest of the team has scored more than four goals. Swansea is coming off two straight losses to Tottenham and Norwich City, both sides ahead of them in the standings. Aa win is essential if they have any hopes of getting back in the race.

Prediction: It could be a tight match and Man U is bound to lose some points along the way. 2-2 draw.
