Much has been revealed about the upcoming third installment of the hit Marvel spinoff "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." But, to add more to the excitement, Yahoo TV has provided fans a sneak peek on what would happen on the organization following the events of the previous season.

The trailer, which was introduced by Chloe Bennet and Clark Gregg, showed Agent Daisy Johnson (Bennet) and Director Phil Coulson (Gregg) dealing with the inhumans with the help of Fitz (Iain De Caestecker), Bobbi Morse/Mockingbird (Adrianne Palicki), Mack (Henry Simmons), Hunter (Nick Blood) and Lincoln (Luke Mitchell).

By the end of the trailer, it was hinted that the organization will be facing a threat that is "beyond belief" -- followed by a silhouette of the inhuman Lash (Matthew Willig).

As pointed by Screen Rant, the teaser focused on the Secret Warriors team led by Agent Daisy, who was reeling after the events of the Jiaying attack. The newly-formed group will be dealing with the after-effects of the spread of the Terrigen Crystals that led to the activation of inhuman genes among select people, thereby causing the rise of the meta-humans.

Moreover, although the trailer did not provide any detail whether Lash is the one being described as the "threat beyond belief," Screen Rant explained that if the series follows the character in the comics (who hunts and kills inhumans who he deems unworthy), Lash could very well be a huge threat to S.H.I.E.L.D and other super humans.

The same report, on the other hand, furthered that a lot of inhumans can be expected in the upcoming season of "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D."

Meanwhile, known characters such as Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge) and May (Ming-Na Wen) did not make an appearance in the trailer. However,as earlier cited in the synopsis by Spoiler TV,Simmons has been claimed to "mysteriously disappear," while May is yet to return from a sudden vacation.

The said synopsis has also revealed that there will be a new government agency besides S.H.I.E.L.D. that will deal with inhumans in the form of the unknown ATCU or the Advanced Threat Containment Unit. This will be led by a still unnamed character to be played by Constance Zimmer, together with her partner Banks (Andrew Howards).

Furthermore, it also added that the threat of a Hydra terrorist group formed by ex-S.H.I.E.L.D.-agent Grant Ward (Brett Dalton) would be in play in Season 3, as well as the existence of the "Kree monolith," said to have alien and unknown properties.

Marvel's Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. will premiere on September 29, 2015 on ABC.
