The D23 Expo, in Anaheim, California recently dropped a major bombshell for one of the most highly anticipated video game sequel, "Kingdom Hearts III." It was not much, but it was enough to rile up the fans into a frenzy. Recently, Square Enix announced that there will be more information and images for fans to sink their teeth in at the D23 Expo in Japan.

According to Gematsu, Disney has already planned out an event, called "Kingdom Hearts Premium Theater Event," to be held at the D23 Expo in Japan. Since the D23 Expo in Anaheim, California revealed that Big Hero 6 will be included in Kingdom Hearts 3, Disney and Square Enix decided to give fans just a little bit more on the upcoming sister event in Japan.

Fans would grab the first chance they get just to have glimpse of what Disney and Square Enix have to offer during this event. It would prove to be quite difficult since the event aims to be an exclusive one for the Japanese fan. According to Game Rant, tickets to the show will be raffled off a lottery instead of directly selling it.

Only Japanese residents with a Disney account have the chance to win the lottery, which cost 1,500 yen or about US$12. Raffle entries will be entertained from Sept. 15 to Sept. 24. The winners of the event will be announced on Sept 29. More details are on the Disney's Japanese website.

This may have placed a damp on North American fans, knowing that their chances of obtaining new information of "Kingdom Hearts III" on the D23 Expo in Japan is close to zero. Nevertheless, the rumor mill is hard at work as to what other worlds will be included in the next instalment.

As reported recently, Big Hero 6 will be part of the Kingdom Hearts third instalment game. Little are known as to what role Hero and Baymax will play when Sora, Donald and Goofy visit this world. Tangled and Hercules are already confirmed to be included as the trailer from the last E3 2015 showed. Still, this did not stop IGN from posting a video about the nine worlds they want to be included in the game. The video talked about including Frozen, Star Wars, Final Fantasy XIII and many more.

It remains to be seen what Square Enix and Disney might divulge at the D23 Expo in Japan on Nov. 3. They might finally reveal a release date on "Kingdom Hearts III," so keep posted for more information to come.
