"Fallout" fans rejoice because new details for "Fallout 4" have been revealed as it has been confirmed by Bethesda themselves that the game will have a ton of new features and that the game has over 270 upgrades.

Tech Times reported that Pete Hines, the vice president of marketing and PR for Bethesda, revealed new details about the gameplay system that would be implemented in "Fallout4".

Hines revealed during Gamescom 2015 that players would be able to control their characters' stats in a very specific manner to improve their respective proficiencies whether it relates to their weapon handling or even specific character traits.

It has also been revealed that "Fallout 4" will have at least 270 upgrades. Hines notes that the beginning stages of the game would be simple however once the player starts getting stronger and when the player starts unlocking certain perks, levelling up and planning your character would be much more complex, but the upside to this complexity is that it will allow them to have an advantage of making the "right" choices for their character.

"The focus of the team on Fallout 4 was to really play up the importance of the SPECIAL system - that it is really the core of the role-playing part of Fallout 4 and to use it combined with the perks to allow for a lot more variety as far as characters that you can play, the choices that you make, and how you can make your character progression and development unique. There are so many different paths to what kind of character builds that you can have," said Hines.

Tech Times also reported that if players chose to maximize their stats in the game by 10 points, they can already unlock one of the many perks available in "Fallout 4" giving an early advantage from the start.

In a different report by Tech Times, Bethesda confirmed that there is no level gap in "Fallout 4" as players will enjoy customizing and leveling up their created character without any sort of limit at all.

It has been confirmed that hinted that "Fallout 4" will introduce a bunch of new gameplay features and additions such as the gear repair system, new companions, character and weapon customizations, crafting system and many more. It has also been confirmed that players can make mods for the game as Bethesda will release the mod tools for the game after the game has been released.

The "Fallout 4" release date has been set on Nov. 10, 2015 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and for the PC.
