Looks like Lil Wayne's lawsuit against Cash Money Records is more than a matter of money! The New Orleans emcee has been demanding to get out of his contract with Birdman's label and suing for $51 million, but rumors are flying that he is really seeking an out to get away from his sexual abuser, according to The Inquistr.

Over the years, the hip-hop duo has had a questionable relationship -- Baby calls Weezy his son but has been seen planting a kiss on his mouth. Reports of sexual abuse have also surfaced over the years.

Wayne has yet to file a suit against sexual abuse claims, however he has spoken publicly on the abuse back in 2009. During "Tha Carter" documentary, he is seen in a room full of people disclosing the sexual acts he had to endure. He later tried to halt the film from being released.

In the disturbing footage, the "Selsun Blue" rapper appears to be under the influence and divulges to fellow rapper Lil Twist that he was raped, enjoyed it and will do the same to him.

"I got raped when I was 11, Twist. I loved it. I ain't ever press charges. I'm a do you like Baby and them did me. I'll never forget that day," he says through a smile, while a room of people laugh in the background.

Rumors of the deep-rooted problems between the two continue to swirl, including allegations that Birdman was behind a shooting targeted at Wayne.

In April, Lil Tunechi's two tour buses were shot, but Baby denied the claims that he had any involvement in an interview with Power 105.1's Angie Martinez, falling back on his love for him as a parent.

"[That's] the craziest s**t I ever heard in my life," he said. "Any n***a gonna bust a gun at Lil Wayne, I got a problem with that... I'd rather a n***a pop at me than pop at my child."

Birdman is not facing any charges for the most recent altercation. Only time will tell what else will unfold from the crumbling relationship between the pair.
