Good news for those who are waiting to see "Captain America: Civil War" as it seems that the movie would be previewed at the upcoming D23 Expo 2015.

According to Fansided, "Captain America: Civil War" is going to be previewed at the 2015 D23 Expo on August 14-16 at the Anaheim Convention Center.

As was noted on the report, aside from the "Captain America: Civil War" preview, Disney is planning to unveil previews or new information on other Disney films such as "Star Wars: Force Awakens," "Alice In Wonderland" sequel and "The Jungle Book". Marvel Studios will present "Captain America: Civil War" on August 15 in Hall D23.

However, Fansided notes that it is not yet confirmed if Marvel Studios will showcase a teaser trailer or a clip of the film or if the preview would be just a talk on what to expect for the film but Fansided confirms that Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr. and the rest of the cast members will be at the D23 Expo.

Meanwhile, ComicBook.com reported that Evangeline Lilly's character was set to appear in the movie as her alter-ego The Wasp but plans were scrapped by Kevin Feige.

Feige admitted that Wasp was originally planned to show up in "Captain America: Civil War," but Feige did not want Wasp's appearance to be overshadowed by the many characters present in the film. Feige has noted though that Wasp will have a bigger role in phase 3 in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

"She was included in early versions of Civil War but there are so many characters in Civil War that we didn't want to do her a disservice, like she flies in, 'I've got the costume now', and she flies out. We haven't seen her as Wasp and we don't want to rob the opportunity of seeing her in the outfit for at least almost the first time, and seeing her dynamic with Scott in a way it could play out, so we're saving it. But it's going to be in Phase three for sure."

According to Movie Pilot, General Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross will appear as the Red Hulk during the film. It should be noted that Mark Ruffalo will not appear in "Captain America: Civil War", and MoviePilot notes that this is the best time for fans to see another Hulk villain in the MCU.

"Captain America: Civil War" will be released in cinemas on May 6, 2016.
