It seems that a crossover is in order for "Arrow" and the "Legends of Tomorrow" as new details about the resurrection of Caity Lotz's Sarah Lance have been revealed.

According to Kevin Fitzpatrick of Screencrush, Caity Lotz's Sarah Lance will return on the fourth season of "Arrow" and she will be re-introduced as the White Canary.

E News added that the first few episodes of "Arrow" Season 4 would be about the resurrection of Sarah Lance and her transition into the White Canary character.

As was noted by E News, showrunner and executive producer, Marc Guggenheim, revealed that a crossover episode that sets up the events of "Legends of Tomorrow," and how it connects to "Arrow" and "Flash" will happen as he tells fans that it is going to be a big episode.

"The White Canary will be launched in the first few episodes of Arrow. 4x08, our typical crossover episode, will be doing a lot of heavy-lifting in terms of getting the Legends of Tomorrow characters set up and also seeing where they are with relation to The Flash. It's a big episode," says Guggenheim

For those who are unaware, Sara Lance was killed by a then unknown assailant (who turns out to be a brainwashed/drugged Thea Queen). Her death became the starting point of the storyline for the third season of "Arrow." Sara Lance is still dead up to this point but the recent "Legends of Tomorrow" trailer shows that she would be revived using the Lazarus Pit. This is the same Lazarus Pit that revived Thea when she was killed by Ra's Al Ghul during an episode of "Arrow" Season 4.

In other "Legends of Tomorrow" news, Den of Geek reported that Booster Gold will appear in "Legends of Tomorrow".

Booster Gold is the father of Rip Hunter, one of the main characters of "Legends of Tomorrow." It should be noted that Booster Gold is also a superhero that appeared on another CW superhero show, "Smallville."

According to Fashion&Style, "Legends of Tomorrow" showrunner Phil Klemmer stated that Booster Gold will appear in the show and that he would be involved in flashbacks along with Oliver Queen's parents.

As noted by Screen Rant, "The Flash" Season 2 debuts Oct 6t, 2015 on The CW; "Arrow" returns for Season 4 a day later on October 7th; and DC's "Legends of Tomorrow" is expected to debut on The CW by the first half of 2016.
