Good news for those who are waiting for the "Rise of the Tomb Raider" release date as Microsoft has put the first game in the reboot, "Tomb Raider" for sale for less than $10.

The "Tomb Raider" franchise is one of the oldest franchises in gaming right now and with the current reboot bringing in new fans for the franchise and the upcoming sequel "Rise of the Tomb Raider" set to bring more prestige to the franchise, Microsoft is looking to satiate the taste of old players while bringing in new fans to the franchise by putting it up for sale for less than $10.

According to David Wharton of GameRant, Microsoft's Xbox Live "Deals With Gold" has been bringing Xbox users with tons of good deals and this month's sale for the Xbox One and Xbox 360 are amazing as well with "Tomb Raider" being the must-have game in the sale.

As was noted on the report, Microsoft has placed "Tomb Raider" for sale for the Xbox One and they have reduced the price from $59.99 to just $9.90! Keep in mind that this is the "Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition" which means that this is the best version of the game out right now with all of the DLC included.

As was noted on Xbox's Major Nelson's blog, these are some of the deals available on the Xbox Live "Deals with Gold".

The Xbox One version of "Murdered: Soul Suspect" has been discounted by 60% while "RBI Baseball 15" is on sale for half price. For gamers who still have their Xbox 360's, these are the games available on sale.

"Deus Ex: Human Revolution" and "Spec Ops: The Line" are both on sale for 75% off, as are three "Tomb Raider" games, namely, "Tomb Raider Legend", "Tomb Raider Underworld", and "Tomb Raider Anniversary". Screen Rant notes that players can avail of these discounts until Monday, July 20th.

Should you get this game if you haven't tried it out yet?

Users at Metacritic have reviewed "Tomb Raider" for the Xbox One and here are some of the things they have to say about it.

Game Informer praises the game, saying that it is one of the most beautiful console games right now.

"The biggest draw of Tomb Raider: The Definitive Edition is the improved graphics. They're simply stunning in perhaps the best-looking console game I've ever seen. Running smooth 1080p resolution, this new version adds an incredible level of detail to the newly modeled characters and lush environments," wrote Game Informer.

Digital Spy notes that the game is easily one of the best platformers right now.

"it's a slice of platforming perfection that will make the wait for next-gen blockbusters easier to bear," wrote Digital Spy.

"Rise of the Tomb Raider" is set to be released for the Xbox One and Xbox 360 on Nov 10, 2015.
