"Game of Thrones" Season 6 details may have been spilled by a director of one the episodes and he may have also confirmed that George R.R. Martin has finished the "Winds of Winter" as well.

The Season 5 finale of "Game of Thrones" have left people wondering what would happen next as the show has finally caught up to the books.

Director Jack Bender has saved the day and revealed some new details about "Game of Thrones" Season 6.

According to Neela Debnath of Express.co.uk, Bender recently dropped a massive bombshell when he stated that he has read an advanced copy of the "Winds of Winter".

"The director, who will be one of several working on the forthcoming sixth season of Game of Thrones, claimed in a recent Reddit Ask Me Anything session that he had seen an advanced copy of the yet-to-be published novel. Jack, 65, gave a definitive 'Yes' when asked by fans whether he had read the sixth book," wrote Debnath.

However, Debnath warned fans that some reports state Bender may have confused the statement "read the book" and took it as "read the scripts for season 6".

In a report by Variety, Bender also admits that he has read most of the scripts for "Game of Thrones" Season 6.

The report also notes that Bender noted that the "Game of Thrones" Season 6 would deviate from "Winds of Winter" but noted that the showrunners are in constant communication with Martin to ensure that the show is still well within the vision of the creator.

"Dan Weiss and David Benioff are enormously brilliant and unpretentious guys, and I know they communicate closely (with George R.R Martin)," said Bender.

Martin has planned that the "Winds of Winter" release date would be set before the premiere of "Game of Thrones" Season 6 notes Hollywood Take, quoting the author.

"Back in April, Martin said it was 'important to me all along' that The Winds of Winter be published before Season 6 of Game of Thrones. And he's determined to get the book done. 'I wish it was out now,' he said. 'Maybe I'm being overly optimistic about how quickly I can finish. But I canceled two convention appearances, I'm turning down a lot more interviews - anything I can do to clear my decks and get this done.'" wrote Hollywood Take.
