Group F is one of the tightest groups in the UCL with three teams tied for first with six points. Even a win will do little to guarantee much for either team in the Valencia- BATE Borisov match.

Valencia is coming off a tremendous 2-0 win over Atletico Madrid, but they are still in the middle of the table in the Spanish League. Their last UCL match could be a harbringer of things to come for this Spanish side as they destroyed BATE Borisov 3-0 in Belarus. Now they head home where they have yet to lose this season. With four wins and one draw, Valencia is one of the top home teams in the Spanish League. Their offense has only delivered 13 goals and their defense has conceded 12 in Spain, so this team is lacking in both departments. But in the UCL, they have only conceded twice.

BATE Borisov has had a good tournament thus far with a huge 3-1 win over Bayern Munich in which they did not allow any goals until stoppage time at the end of the match. This team knows it blew a huge chance at home against Valencia and will be looking to redeem it on Wednesday. With 27 matches played in the Belarusian league, they currently sit in first with 19 wins, four draws, and four losses. They have scored 44 times and only conceded 14 goals.

Either team will secure third palce in the group with a win.

Prediction: Valencia will seize the moment and take advantage of home field advantage. Expect Valencia to win 2-0 or 3-1.
