As far as the WWE Heavyweight title is concerned, the focus right now is between Seth Rollins and Brock Lesnar.

Both will be facing off at WWE Battleground as Lesnar tries to reclaim the WWE heavyweight title which Rollins inadvertently stole from under him at Wrestlemania 31.

Lesnar was in the main event of Wrestlemania 31 against Roman Reigns at that time. Just when it seemed that Reigns was all set to finish Lesnar off, Rollins cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase and won the WWE Heavyweight title.

So if the Money in the Bank briefcase was Rollins ticket to the WWE gold, could Sheamus be following soon?

Sheamus won the recently concluded Money in the Bank pay-per-view and rumors have it that the Celtic Warrior will soon be given a big push and become WWE Heavyweight champion.

There is no official word on when this would happen though the belief is that it could come as early as SummerSlam.

Sheamus has no clear feud at the moment so the push could make sense. He has been involved in matches but nothing developing into a storyline that would easily be associated with the heel wrestler. Thus, the Celtic Warrior can strike at any time he wishes, including WWE Battleground.

The more likely scenario seems to be the next pay-per-view, WWE SummerSlam. There is no word yet on who would come out as the WWE champion after WWE Battleground but if the scripts go as planned, it could possibly be a Brock Lesnar victory.

If that happens, it may likely be a Lesnar vs. Reigns rematch for WWE SummerSlam as both lock horns once again for the WWE Heavyweight championship.

Tie that up with rumors that Sheamus is due for a WWE title reign and the ghost of what happened at Wrestlemania 31 could likely occur once again. Will it be déjà vu?

The dreaded Money in the Bank briefcase is once again in play and such could end up pivotal. With another classic match in the works, would Sheamus cash in after the match or during the match when the two wrestlers have once again meted severe beatings on each other?

This is not to discount the possibility of Rollins winning at WWE Battleground. But another rumor that ties him up with a possible match with Triple H seems to indicate he will lose the title to Lesnar.

Though there is no word on how it will happen, Rollins may eventually blame Triple H for his loss.

In the recent episode of RAW, Rollins did say sorry and got a big help from the Authority once more. Will that help extend all the way to WWE Battleground?
