Is this the new Nexus 5 2015 (2nd Gen)? While it remains a mystery whether the rumored device would indeed hit stores in the future, many fans and artists apparently could no longer wait that they already made concepts for the new handset already.

For instance, a certain Google Plus user named Miqdad Abdul Halim posted his own version or render for the alleged device. Check them out here and here.

Notice that the photos also had some spec sheet provided at the bottom part. Here is it:

- IPS Display
- 5.2 inches
- FHD
- Snapdragon 808
- Adreno 418
- 3 GB of RAM
- 5 megapixel front facing camera
- wide angle lens

- OIS
- HDR mode
- Dual tone LED flash
- 2900 mAh battery
- wireless charging

- Bluetooth
- USB type C
- 32 or 64 GB of storage

Well, these specs and features are all amazing. But, we are not sure whether the new device would likely get these. We could not even confirm whether that particular device would come out or whether it is in the works.

But as far as rumors are concerned, there are also conflicting details about the alleged device. Android Pit for instance said that Huawei would be releasing the second-generation Nexus 5 this year. In an earlier report, Android Pit reported that the Nexus 5 (2015) device would come out before the year ends. It also aired the possibility of the new device being the "fastest phone of the year" as it is said to have "a 64-bit Snapdragon 820 processor."

Know Your Mobile and Yibada  on the other hand reported that the new Nexus 5 set to be released this year might probably be made by LG, citing reports revealing that Google execs have been visiting LG in Korea. The two news outlets have also aired the possibility of the device getting the same specs that the LG G4 has. It also added that it would likely be a 5.5-inch with a 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution.

Also, there is no even clear proof if it is indeed gonna another Nexus 5. Remember that we reported earlier that this might be a Nexus 7. In our article, we cited Android Origin which reported that it is possible that Google and LG could partner to launch the new Nexus device. Android Origin cited news site E Today which said that there were engineers from Google who went to the LG headquarters. It is speculated that talks of plans for a possible Nexus 7 successor have been made during the visit.

Everything remains unclear at the moment as no official announcements or comments have been made.
