It's a big day for Apple on Friday, as two of their latest tablets will be accepting preorders in the US.

Following the debut on Tuesday's October Keynote from the California Theatre in San Jose, potential users can preorder the iPad Mini and the iPad Fourth Generation (iPad 4) on Oct. 26 ahead of its retail release on Nov. 2 at 8 a.m.

Some of the features for the iPad Mini include a 7.9-inch LED-backlit display with IPS technology, pixel resolution of 1,024x768 at 163 pixels per inch (ppi), and A5 chip processor.

Meanwhile, the iPad 4 has a 9.7-inch LED-backlit display with IPS technology with 2,048x1,536 resolution at 264 ppi, and the latest A6X processor.

Both tablets have the same camera specs, such as the rear-facing camera featuring an iSight camera of five-megapixels, autofocus, face detection, five-element lens, hybrid IR filter, and f/2.4 aperture.

The other 33 countries that are able to preorder on Oct. 26 and purchase in retail on Nov. 2 are: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

Mobile carriers, from the US and abroad, include AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, EE, Rogers, Virgin Mobile Canada, fido, SK Telecom, KDDI, 3 Hong Kong, KT, SmarTone, SingTel, Telstra, Telus, and Bell, among a few.

Mobile carries may differ per countries but the starting prices are the same, in US dollars.

The Wi-Fi-only variant of the iPad Mini starts at $329 for the 16GB device, $429 for the 32GB, and $529 for the 64GB.

The Wi-Fi variant for the iPad 4 starts at $499 for the 16GB, $599 for 32GB, and $699 for the 64GB.

The Wi-Fi and Cellular variant will cost considerably more and available in mid-November.

For the iPad Mini, the 16GB will start at $459, 32GB for $559, and 64GB for $659.

The iPad 4 prices start at $629 for the 16GB variant, $729 for 32GB, and $829 for the 64GB.
