The media rounds continue ahead of Election Day with President Barack Obama set to sit down with Jon Stewart.

Obama will be the guest on The Daily Show for the sixth time on Thurs., Oct. 18, just two days after his second presidential debate with Mitt Romney from Hempstead, New York.

The attendance will be Obama's sixth overall appearance but second since becoming president. The last time Obama appeared on the show was in October 2010 when The Daily Show taped a week of shows in Washington D.C.

In a statement released by Comedy Central, they noted the other dates Obama appeared on the show: Nov. 7, 2005; Aug. 22, 2007; April 21, 2008; and Oct. 29, 2008.

The Daily Show airs at 11 p.m. EDT on Comedy Central. Repeats of Obama's Oct. 18 appearance will air on Oct. 19 at 1 a.m., 10 a.m., and 7:30 p.m. EDT.
