President Barack Obama is gearing up to begin his re-election campaign aimed at Spanish speaking Latinos this Wednesday in the states of Colorado, Nevada and Florida according to the Associated Press.

To mark the occasion, President Obama's team has launched two YouTube videos in Spanish addressing some of the key issues he wants Latinos to be well aware of.

In one first video, he reminds the Latino population of his support to the minority group including student funds and loans that Latinos have benefitted from in the recent years.

In a second more extensive video, Obama explains his intention to push the "Buffet Rule"-a measure to increase taxation on the rich following a more appropriate rate-forward.

The host argues how multi-millionaires like Mitt Romney pay taxes at a lower rate than people who earn much less money than him and how this is simply unfair.

The videos end with a phrase not commonly heard from the President: "Soy Barack Obama y apruebo este mensaje".
