Another "Mortal Kombat X" character has been revealed. On Thursday, NetherRealm announced that Ermac is again joining the famous game.

IGN says he is the 14th character to be confirmed. The revelation was made through Twitch. Check out the trailer here:

The gameplay trailer starts with a dialogue. Sub-Zero asked Ermac, "How many sould do you harbor?" To which Ermac responded, "We wield the might of thousands!" Sub-Zero again replies, "Yet you have no heart."

From that, we then see Ermac attacking Sub-Zero and showing off what he could do. We see how Ermac evolved from a former red-clad ninja into a now very sophisticated and zombie-looking evil villain.

We also get to see that his telekinetic and teleportation abilities are still there. With all these powers, he instantly ended up crushing Sub-Zero and eventually won the battle.

Earlier this week, we saw in another gameplay trailer that Reptile will be coming back in the game.

Reptile, one of the few original cast of "Mortal Kombat" is seen fighting against Kung Lao in the video. At first, Kung Lao tries to prevent any battle with Reptile saying that he has no quarrels with him. But Reptile ignites a fight responding, "I will tear your flesh!"

Kung Lao starts to prep for battle, saying that he now has to fight him. A battle between the two then ensued.

We also see that one of his weapons, his venom, remains. He can easily spit or spray it on his opponent at any time. You definitely see it on the last part of the clip when Reptile finished Kung Lao with a spray of his dangerous venom, melting the latter's skin.

Also, we saw major protagonist Kung Lao returning in the new "Mortal Kombat" franchise. According to Air Herald, it was revealed by Finnish magazine Pelaaja that a much older Kung Lao will indeed return in "Mortal Kombat X." It also noted that that the new installment has been set 25 years in the future after the previous installment.

Other cast members confirmed for the new installment include Goro, Raiden, Scorpion, Sub Zero, Kano, and Quan Chi. Gamespot said that other characters confirmed to be added in the new installment are D'Vorah, Ferra/Torr, Cassie Cage, and Kotal Kahn.

There is a also a new Factions mode in the game, noted Gamespot. This allows players to choose one out of five factions to join. Each of the faction, of course, has different sets of characters. Every win and challenge will be added to the faction's war points.

"Mortal Kombat X" is set to arrive on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 in April 14.
