An honest movie trailer for the fifth "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie was made by Screen Junkies. Watch it here:

In the video, we see Screen Junkies slammed the movie franchise particularly its lead actor Johnny Depp who plays the role of Captain Jack Sparrow. It said that Depp used to be one of Hollywood's "most intriguing" actors but his choice to continue with the "Pirates of the Caribbean" could put an end to it. It even asked what happened to him as he used to be "cool" before.

The parody trailer claims that the movie again centers on the "legendary pirate made out of dread locks and eyeliner," pertaining to Jack Sparrow, with the participation of the "boring lovers" Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley, whom it called as "two perfect faces in the middle of scurvy written hellhole."

The clip said that the first installment of the movie, "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl" was good though the succeeding ones -- "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest," "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End," and "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" -- were not good and just dealt about betrayal.

Cinema Blend meanwhile says that the "Pirates Of The Caribbean" franchise is the "worst nautical cinematic disaster since Titanic."

"While 'Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest' managed to recreate some of the charm of its predecessor, 'Pirates Of The Caribbean: At World's End' was a complete mess from start to finish. Meanwhile, 'Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides' was void of any originality and only confirmed that the franchise had turned into a lost cause," the report said. However, it acknowledged that it is not just Depp who should be blamed.

The news outlet stressed that it is the movie's earnings that has pushed for more "Pirates of the Caribbean" movies. Despite the criticisms thrown at it, the movie franchise still continues to be successful. Note that even if the last "Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" movie was not good, it raked over $1.046 billion at the box office. That translates to a $3.7 billion total earnings for the entire four movie installments.

With all sarcasm, Screen Junkies invited fans to watch the new "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie, which is an apparent "Disneyfication" of pirates, dubbed as "history's most notorious foul-mouthed rapists and murderers." The next movie is also expected to be full of cursing, physically impossible murders, Sparrow's catchphrases, impractical escapes and silly walks, impossible sword fights, stupid wigs, terrible teeth, and alcoholism.

According to the earlier report of the British news site Daily Mail, the filming of the fifth movie in Australia will start in February as it is scheduled for a 2017 release. Confirmed to be back in the movie are Johnny Depp and Geoffrey Rush who plays the role of Captain Barbossa. It is still not clear whether Orlando Bloom will be back in the movie.

The movie which is under Walt Disney Pictures will be directed by Norwegian directors Joachim Rønning and Espen Sandberg.
