Attention Motorola users! Do not worry, you are not forgotten. This one's for you! Earlier, Latinospost published two stories that listed the Samsung, LG, and HTC phones that will get the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop update. This time, it's your turn as we try to update the list with the Motorola devices that will probably be updated with the much-awaited Android OS.

Motorola release a statement on its website confirming that some of their devices will probably get the Lollipop update.

"Now that Android 5.0 Lollipop will be going to the world with Nexus 6 - a product of some of our own engineering - we are excited to confirm that this latest and greatest Android release will also come to our other devices as part of our ongoing software strategy to provide fast updates to our pure Android experience," Steve Horowitz, senior vice president for software engineering, said in the statement.

Even if Google has not yet officially and publicly released the update, Motorola has listed the devices that will get the OS. These are Moto X 1st Generation, Moto X 2nd Generation, Moto G1st Generation, Moto G 2nd Generation, Moto G with 4G LTE, Moto E, Droid Ultra, Droid Maxx, and Droid Mini.

Motorola also urged its users to continue checking their website to get the latest updates on which devices will get the OS. Users can check Motorola's software upgrades page from time to time by clicking here.

According to The Android Soul, all of these devices will probably get the Android update by November or December this year. Users of Moto X 1st Generation, Moto X 2nd Generation, Moto G1st Generation, Moto G 2nd Generation, Moto G with 4G LTE, Moto E, Droid Ultra, Droid Maxx, and Droid Mini who have plans with carriers AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint will also be likely to get the update in the same month.

Meanwhile, Gotta be Mobile reported that it is also expected that the newly-released Motorola DROID Turbo will get the Lollipop update. Motorola has not yet confirmed this.

According to Bloomberg Businessweek, the Android 5.0 Lollipop is the "13th major version of Android." Other phones expected to get the Lollipop update are the Sony Xperia Z series -- Xperia Z, Xperia ZL, Xperia ZR, Xperia Tablet Z, Xperia Z1, Xperia Z1S, Xperia Z Ultra, Xperia Z1 Compact, Xperia Z2, Xperia Z2 Tablet, Xperia Z3, Xperia Z3v, Xperia Z3 Compact and Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, Android Tips and Hacks said. Other phones that will probably get the Lollipop update are the Nexus 5, Nexus 7 2013, Nexus 7 2012, Nexus 10, and Nexus 4, and Android One devices such as the Micromax Canvas A1 and Spice Dream UNO, it added.
