Jennifer Aniston is renowned for her ageless beauty and incredible fitness. Not only that, she's been considered a style icon by many women around the globe, including fellow female celebrities. What's the secret to her glowing appeal?

Apparently, it's not cosmetic surgery, as the former "Friends" star revealed that fiancé Justin Theroux "will put a gun to my head if I touch my face in any way."

Is this why the 45-year-old actress isn't into invasive beauty procedures?

In a recent interview for Yahoo! Beauty with celebrated makeup artist Bobbi Brown, Jen shared her style secrets and the reason she's alright with aging.

"I also understand that age is kind of awesome," she reflected. "I am fortunate enough to know women like Gloria Steinem, who I think is one of the most stunning women on the planet, and doesn't touch her face."

"Diane Keaton, Annette Bening, all of these fabulous fearless women who are flawless, they embrace it! You know, to each their own; I don't judge it if you do it, but sometimes I wish I could beg the people I know, who I am very near and dear to, to not touch their face," she added.

"There is also this pressure in Hollywood to be ageless," she continued. "I think what I have been witness to, is seeing women trying to stay ageless with what they are doing to themselves. I am grateful to learn from their mistakes, because I am not injecting s**t into my face."

"Honestly, I see them and my heart breaks," she went on, as noted by The Daily Mail. "I think, 'Oh god if you only know how much older you look.' They are trying to stop the clock and all you can see is an insecure person who won't let themselves just age."

So, what is her secret? It appears the yoga enthusiast is not against getting facial massages, creams, and laser treatments "that tighten the muscles" in order to preserve her looks. However, more than that, her youthful appearance may be down to her impressive genes, which she got from her father's side.

"My dad (soap opera star John Aniston) is 100 percent Greek; he turned 81 and he barely has a wrinkle," the star revealed, according to The New York Daily News. "And neither does my grandmother, who was 95 when she died."

She also shared that drinking a lot of water and not using too many products, as well as getting enough sleep, are essential in stopping the clock.

During the interview, the engaged actress also said that she usually tailors her T-shirts to make them look great on herself. She admitted that it's "silly, but it works." She also shared information on where to find the "perfect" basic clothing - a tip that many women will be sure to follow.

"James Perse has really great T-shirts and tank tops, Theory is great for T-shirts and basics, and for jeans, I have these Genetic jeans that they don't even make anymore. I take the pockets off of Hudson jeans, because I like the fit, but not the pockets. Helmut Lang does a good skinny jean, too. And I wear Saint Laurent jackets," Jennifer recommended.
