2K Sports recently revealed the latest trailer of its upcoming video game "NBA 2K15", featuring MVP Kevin Durant.

See trailer below.

The video started with a label showing an "E" content rating, which stands for "Everyone". The soundtrack of the game was curated by rapper Pharrell Williams and these were tagged "Mild" accordingly.

The starting scene featured Kevin Durant walking down the court in his new Nike KD 7 basketball shoes. He dribbled the ball calmly with a stern and determined look on his face. He wore the white OKC Thunder uniform as he approached Andre Iguodala of the Golden State Warriors. The animated Durant proceeds to do a crossover move then drives towards the basket from the right side, then finally jumps from the paint area to dunk over the last defender.

When Durant dribbled down the court in the video, there were also a number of big pictures of his face displayed in the crowd.

The game title and NBA logo appeared against a black background. Below it is the announcement, "Available October 7". The final scene showed the game cover with Durant on it, inviting gamers to pre-order and avail of bonuses and other freebies. The hashtag #YourTimeHasCome also appeared on the trailer. The whole clip lasted only 30 seconds.

2K Sports has been very busy enhancing the graphics of the new game. The lighting, details and effects were better so it was very easy to recognize players just by their faces even without having to look at their jerseys or number. In a report by High-Def Digest, the video was taken from the PlayStation 4 version, where the game developer boasted of new animations and new crowd elements of the "top-selling and top-rated NBA video game simulation franchise".

In an article by Arcade Sushi, the trailer showed the improved facial details on players, and Durant looks very much like his real self in the video game. Some fans, however, are concerned that only the top-rated NBA stars may have improved facial and body features. Second or third-tier players may not get the same kind of resemblance.

2K Sports shared how they wanted to add accuracy to the facial features of players, as well as improve the overall environment of the game. Commentator recordings are also expected to give the game a more realistic feel. The soundtrack will also be the biggest collation ever in the franchise, according to Pharrell.

The game will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360.
