The latest propaganda from the fictional government of Panem is eerily and disturbingly good. "The Hunger Games" franchise world's publication "Capitol Couture" has released a couple of living portraits featuring Qaurter Quell contestants Peeta, played by actor Josh Hucherson, and Johanna, by actress Jena Malone, Buzzfeed reported.

The portraits have all the trappings of being a refined citizen of Panem, The two, dressed in all-white couture, were a sight to behold, especially with the posters' feature of them shown in a 360-degree continuous loop.

With the slogan "Panem Today. Panem Tomorrow. Panem Foreover," the portraits purportedly are aimed to squash any support for the rebellion, of which a reluctant Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) is the poster child. In Peeta's portrait, he initially projects himself to be a handsome, smart and charming man, with his hair nicely combed to one side and his cleft chin in display. His three-piece suit showcases his dashing figure.

Johanna, on the other hand, is a designer's dream. She stands marvelously in a one-of-a-kind, futuristic piece of a white dress that barely covers her chest and shows a lot of her back. Her legs are highlighted thanks to a giant slit in the middle of the dress and her white matching heels to boot. Johanna's hair is immaculately styled, with much of her hair pinned in a bun on the side of her head. For someone who is known in the Quarter Quell as the most fearsome competitor until Katniss' escape, she definitely embodied it while showing a feminine side thanks to the dress.

However, all seemed not well with the two, considering that both were not able to escape in the chaos after Everdeen destroyed the arena using a lightning storm and her archery skills. Both Peeta and Johanna are stiff in previous teasers alongside President Snow (Donald Sutherland), the New York Daily News noted; and in the latest living portraits, the pair are seen clutching their fists in their attempts to control whatever emotions they have for being used as pawns for Panem.

Although Lawrence has yet to make an appearance in the teasers, it is expected that she would be front and center as the reluctant heroine in the fim's highly-anticipated official trailer, which will debut on Friday at this year's San Diego Comic Con, Daily News said. The film is expected to hit theaters on November 21st.

In the meantime, you may want to make observations about Peeta and Johanna in their living portraits below.
