The 2014 NBA Drafts was poised to be among the most talented pools in the history of the league. In effect, video gamers are also excited to play some of the best rookies in the upcoming season on the new "NBA 2K15" video game.

Players can draft and make their own fantasy teams featuring one or more of the super rookies. They can also play regular teams which already include the new draft picks. It is important to note as well that No. 3 overall pick Joel Embiid will not be included in the game roster since he will be missing at least eight months of the NBA season due to injury. He may be available in the Philadelphia 76ers roster in future updates.

Here are five of the most awaited rookies to be played on "NBA 2K15":

1. Aaron Gordon

In a report by Complex, power forward Aaron Gordon will be in "NBA 2K15". Expect him to be great on defense especially in rebounding. He will be ideal for alley-oops and will be reliable when it comes to offensive rebounds and put backs. Practicing slam dunks with his character may also be fun, considering his 39-inch vertical jump.

2. Dante Exum

The Australian point guard is fast becoming one of the most controversial players in the NBA. Expect his character to be very fast and with crazy ball handles. At 6'6", players can also enjoy occasional mismatches by letting him do post moves on smaller point guards.

3. Jabari Parker

The No. 2 overall pick by the Milwaukee Bucks is also expected to be one of the best rookies to play in the video game. The large forward stands 6'8" and has a 7-foot wingspan. He is expected to be very vicious in the paint, although his weakness may be smaller defenders because he somewhat lacks the speed. Gamers expect him to be nearly as good as Andrew Wiggins, the top overall pick.

4. Marcus Smart

Gamers who wish to play a rookie with skills and speed akin to that of Russell Westbrook or Chris Paul should use Smart's character on "2K15". According to Good Game Bro, Smart will be playing for the Boston Celtics. He is a great playmaker with excellent dribbling and passing skills. Although he needs to work more on his shooting, he will be the key for powerful paint players like Pau Gasol or Dwight Howard.

5. Andrew Wiggins

The No. 1 overall draft pick would definitely be the rookie to watch out for in the new game.  He is 6'8" with a 7-foot wingspan with great leaping ability. He is great at driving down the lane and can conveniently draw fouls. In the game, expect Wiggins to be the best-performing rookie, although updates may add or reduce his efficiency as the season progresses. His defense is excellent so the Milwaukee Bucks will be a team to watch out for in the new game, featuring familiar talents like Giannis Antetokounmpo and Larry Sanders.

"NBA 2K15" is set for release on October 7, 2014.
