During WrestleManila 30 on April 6, the Undertaker had his first loss in 21 years to UFC champion and pro wrestler, Brock Lesnar. But the most devastating news of the night wasn't the broken streak of the WWE champion, it was the report that immediately after the match, the 49-year-old wrestling legend was rushed to the New Orleans hospital.

The Undertaker, born Mark William Calaway, was brought to the hospital due to a severe concussion. Speaking on the condition of the Undertaker, the WWE, through its website made the following statement:

WWE.com can confirm that, following last's night historic match with Brock Lesnar, The Undertaker was immediately taken to Ochsner Medical Center. After a CT scan and other medical testing, he was diagnosed with a severe concussion and was kept overnight for further evaluation. He was discharged early Monday afternoon.

Following the loss and incident of the legendary champion, the #ThankYouTaker hashtag began trending on social media network, Twitter. Many supporters and well-wishers have taken to Twitter to not only express their sadness over the loss of the Undertaker but to remember the strongman's streak and wish him a speedy recovery.

Even WWE champion John Cena has used the hashtag. After 11 hours of posting, the tweet has already been favorite 6,211 times.

Fan ‏@MsSocita posted on Twitter: "I wanna erase Taker's match from my memory! Please! He can't retire!! Not like that! Not now! :( #ThankYouTaker #Raw."

The match took place at New Orleans' the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Fans were shocked with the ending as Undertaker put up a fight. After a failed attempt at his ultimate move, the "Tombstone," the veteran was countered and slammed onto the canvas and it didn't take long from there.

TMZ mentions "it's unclear if Undertaker will appear on Monday Night RAW."
