The upcoming hacking game still has no official resolution and frame rate, despite reports of the title allegedly having been downgraded in terms of graphics.

GearBurn reports that the Ubisoft title seems to have fallen short of the graphics expected of the next-gen, now current generation game consoles. Citing a video that compares the first demo of "Watch Dogs" at E3 in 2012 with videos supposedly released by Ubisoft, the outlet notes that the visual quality of the title has notably changed.

Specifically, the outlet claims that the March 2014 gameplay clip of "Watch Dogs" looked "eerily PS3-like." The difference between the 2013 and the March 2014 clips is allegedly staggering, says GearBurn. "Animations seem stilted, shadows are flat and "Watch Dogs" takes on the appearance of a poor GTA clone," adds the outlet.

On the other hand, Ubisoft has not yet revealed the resolution for "Watch Dogs" on PS4 and Xbox One with Jonathan Morin saying that the resolution is still being finalized. Morin also suggested that the frame rate for the title is something to be pleased about, at least for PS4 gamers.

"Im playing on PS4 for my current walkthrough and its very stable/constant," he tweeted in response to @domenicopanacea who asked, "hi! About the Watch Dogs's framerate: is it rock solid or variable (PS4)? thanks in advance:)"

Resolution and frame rate are not the only things Morin talked about in his Twitter account. He also dished out several other tidbits about the title. Summed up by GameSpot, other interesting info are as follows:

- "Normal" enemies will go down easily (2-3 bullets, or 1 in the case of a headshot).

- If you join invade someone else's game, chases can last for 20-30 minutes if both players are highly  skilled.

- There won't be any microtransactions.

- Recommended PC specs are not yet finalized.

- Won't feature "unnecessary gore" for takedowns. "Blood spatter is in there, but don't expect heads  blowing up."

"Watch Dogs" drops May 27 on the PS4, Xbox One, PS2, Xbox 360 and PC with the Wii U version launching at a later date, notes GameSpot.
