Mexican actress Eiza González has not been known in the past for her curves; however, with a rising career in Hollywood and a starring role in the TV adaptation of the classic "From Dusk Till Dawn", the lovely actress decided to gain almost 13 lbs to look more "Latina and sexy".

Eiza González plays the role of Satánico Pandemónium, the hot vampire that in the nineties propelled Salma Hayek to stardom in Hollywood in the movie "From Dusk Till Dawn", a film directed by Robert Rodríguez and the prequel of which will be adapted as a TV show, set to premiere soon on American television.

"In the movie you see Salma's body and it's intimidating, and the production wanted me to look more Latina and sexier," said Eiza in an interview with newspaper Reforma, reported People en Español.

To manage it, the Mexican actress did not hesitate to change her diet to gain some weight, which gave her more confidence when filming scenes for the show.

"It was then that I decided to gain about 13 lbs, since I was supposed to look real, and I didn't hesitate to start eating a lot. Now I feel more like a woman since now I have a butt and boobs," said the actress, quoted by People.

The people who saw the movie in the nineties that also launched the career of Robert Rodríguez as one of Hollywood's most interesting directors, will remember that "From Dusk Till Dawn" has one of the sexiest scenes in Latino cinema: Salma Hayek's iconic dance with a snake.

"I was nervous, not because of the choreography or the snake, but because I had to dance in front of men, which I had never done. But as soon as I was more confident with my body and I started feeling sexier, it all flowed smoothly. Yes, gaining weight helped me," Eiza confessed.
