The much anticipated Lollapalooza South America 2014's lineup was announced and it includes Red Hot Chili Peppers, Soundgarden, Arcade Fire, Nine Inch Nails, Pixies and Phoenix among the headliners, Billboard reported.

Organizers will stage three different music festivals in Chile, Argentina and Brazil. In its fourth year, the Chilean edition will take place on March 29 and 30 at Parque O'Higgins in Santiago. Among top artists from around the world, it will also include local acts like Ana Tijoux, Lucybell, Nicole, Francisca Valenzuela, UPA!, Inti-Illimani y Movimiento Original.

The first-ever Lollapalooza Argentina is scheduled for April 1 and 2 at the Hipódromo San Isidro in Buenos Aires. The festival's founder Perry Ferrel announced details via a video posted on Lollapalooza Argentina's official website, where the Jane's Addiction singer can be seen dancing tango and playing with a soccer ball in Buenos Aires. "Argentina, nos vemos en Lollapalooza," Ferrel says in the clip.

According to Billboard, the Argentine edition is a partnership between Ferrel, Austin-based promoter/producer C3 Presents, Latin American promoter Fenix Entertainment Group and festival co-owner William Morris Endeavor Entertainment.

"Our perennial trip through South America has become one of the most anticipatedtimes of the year for my family and our extended family (of musicians)," said Farrell. "I have also been inviting every delightful new acquaintance to join us. They will find it to be an epic journey as well."

Among the over 50 artists confirmed, the Buenos Aires' lineup includes local acts like Illya Kuryaki and the Valderramas, El Mató a un Policía Motorizado, Onda Vaga, Pez, La Bomba de Tiempo, Airbag and Juana Molina.

Other artists performing in both the Chile and Argentina editions, according to SPIN: AFI, Kid Cudi, Savages, Lorde, Johnny Marr, Wolfgang Gartner, the Bloody Beetroots, Ellie Goulding, Baauer, Imagine Dragons, Axwell, Cage the Elephant, Portugal, The Man, Flume, Flux Pavilion, PerryEtty vs Chris Cox, Capital Cities, Krewella, Jake Bugg, Jovanotti and Nação Zumbi.

Lollapalooza Brazil's third edition will take place April 5 and 6 at the Interlagos Race Track in São Paulo. Unlike the Chile and Argentina acts, Brazil's lineup includes Muse as headliners. Local artists scheduled to perform: Nação Zumbi, Silva Vespas Mandarinas, Selvagens à Procura de Lei, Brothers of Brazil and Coisinha Red Oblivion.
