Bailey started to go off the deep end and Meredith and Cristina's friendship hit rock bottom on the latest episode of "Grey's Anatomy."

Bailey (Chandra Wilson) started to get increasingly unhinged on the latest episode. She was found searching through Tuck's (Cress Williams) room to find a smell, which is a big deviation from her normal behavior. Things got weirder when she gets picky about her O.R., then becomes light-headed during surgery and snaps at Jo (Camilla Luddington). She even blacks out for a few seconds.

At the episode's end, Ben (Jason George) tells her that she needs help. It's revealed that Bailey is in the beginning stages of OCD, meaning she could be heading toward a nervous breakdown.

Richard (James Pickens Jr.) makes a miraculous turn back into his old self, and says he's ready to be the doctor that he was.

Meanwhile, Cristina (Sandra Oh) asks Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) if she can use her new 3D printer for an urgent case. Meredith says no, and the breach between them grows. Alex (Justin Chambers) then calls Meredith out for her actions. "Yang calls you a lousy doctor, and now you have something to prove," he tells her.

When Meredith later opens the door to the room with the printer, she finds Cristina and Shane (Gaius Charles) using it, causing her and Cristina's relationship to hit an all-time low.

As for newly engaged couple April (Sarah Drew) and Matthew (Justin Bruening), April decides to hold off on having sex until they're married.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) takes her relationship to the next level with Leah (Tessa Ferrer), proving that she's moving on.

On the upcoming episode, "Sorry Seems to be the Hardest Word," Carlos Torres, Callie's father, will return to support his daughter when she gets sued for malpractice.

The synopsis reads: "When an unexpected malpractice suit turns Callie's world upside down, her supportive father (Hector Elizondo) arrives and shares an interesting secret with her. Meanwhile, through flashbacks, we learn some surprising details about Callie and Arizona's marriage."
