On the latest episode of Southern melodrama "Hart of Dixie," Joel faced his fears and Lynly returned to Bluebell.

In "How Do You Like Me Now," Joel (Josh Cooke) is finally adjusting to life in Bluebell. But the gossip blog took a poll, and no one thinks that Zoe (Rachel Bilson) and Joel are good together. Zoe wants to prove people wrong, and tries to get Joel through his last obstacle: learning how to drive. But when she tries to teach him how, her loud instructions make him nervous, and he smashes into the local reverend's car.

To make up for the snafu, Zoe volunteers to do a zip-line event with church's youth group. Joel refuses to go because he's afraid of heights, so Zoe finds a last-minute volunteer in George Tucker (Scott Porter), who is not a Zoe fan.

Once they get to the outdoors camp to do the event, the tweens in attendance reveal that they voted for George and Zoe to be together on the gossip poll.

Joel then gives himself some liquid courage and heads to the woods to prove his bravery to Zoe. Joel ends up going on the zip-line without a harness, and gets stuck. Despite the blunder, he wins over the tweens, and emerges uninjured.

Lemon (Jaime King) tells the Belles about her new boyfriend, Peter, who sounds so handsome and spectacular that no one believes her. The Belles even check the guest list, and do not find anyone by the name of Peter on it.

Meanwhile, Meatball (Matt Lowe) is trying to get back with Lemon, but she isn't having it. She ends up tracking down Peter, but is nervous to contact him because she doesn't want to ruin the magical night they spent together.

George is anxious when Lynly (Antoinette Robertson) returns to Bluebell, but she appears to come in peace. They go their separate ways, but then Lynly ends up having to take a spot on George's Quizzo team-- and she's good at it. They decide to make plans to go on a date, but George cancels to help the reverend and Zoe with the zipline event. Lynly and George later reconcile, but Lynly is still determined to date George.

On the next episode, "Family Tradition," AnnaBeth's (Kaitlyn Black) parents come to visit. She hasn't told them about her relationship with Lavon (Cress Williams). Her dad asks why the mayor has a key to her house, then she spills the news. Her mother immediately says that they could be in-laws with the mayor.

Zoe will also give her friend advice about family.

Watch the promo for "Family Tradition," which airs November 11th at 8/7c on The CW.
