The leader of the Sinaloa Cartel, Joaquín Guzmán Loera, "El Chapo", the most wanted man in the world, received a driver's license in California, a confidential report from the DEA revealed.

According to information published by Univisión, a license was granted by Max Aragón, one of Guzmán's aliases, in 1988, when he was already sought by the DEA.

The report broadcast on Sunday night showed a picture of the driver's license, which is part of a confidential DEA report.

Andy Adame, an Arizona Border Patrol agent, told Univisión that since 1990 over 100 tunnels used to move drugs and money along the US-Mexico border have been found, all of them linked to Guzmán.

"Another way he mocks the American government is that he can send his wife and have their children in the US, who could then run for President", Adame warned, noting that Guzmán's current wife, Emma Coronel, a former beauty pageant queen from Sinaloa, gave birth to twins in a California hospital.

Univisión said that Guzmán is the main exporter to the US of marijuana, cocaine, heroin and meth, and is Chicago' Public Enemy No. 1.

Likewise, Univisión's article reveals that the driver's license has the drug trafficker's picture on it, and shows a date of birth of 1959, which contradicts Mexican documents which show he was born in 1957.

The DEA's investigation revealed that the license was used by Guzmán to register two Corvettes, acquired in Los Angeles, which were later given to corrupt commanders in the state of Sonora.
