Baltimore Ravens (2-1) at Buffalo Bills (1-2)
The Ravens are coming off a home victory over the Houston Texans last week, with the defense starting to adjust to life without S Ed Reed and retired LB Ray Lewis, not allowing a touchdown in their 30-9 victory against Houston. Ray Rice is expected to return to the line-up this weekend after missing last week with a hip injury.

Buffalo also has injuries to deal - particularly with CBs Stephon Gilmore (wrist), Ron Brooks (foot), and Leodis McKelvin (leg) not expected to play against the Ravens. Bills head coach moved Doug Marrone moved FS Aaron Williams to cornerback with Jim Leonhard taking at free safety.

"Everybody's going after our secondary and we just have to do a good job," said Marrone. "We're trying to change things up for them coverage-wise and pressure and do that to try to keep the quarterback thinking."

Arizona Cardinals (1-2) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (0-3)
Arizona is looking to bounce back from their 31-7 defeat against the New Orleans Saints, in a game that saw LB Sam Acho (leg), LB Lorenzo Alexander (foot), and LB Alex Okafor (biceps) suffer season-ending injuries, while S Rashad Johnson missed the second half of the game after losing the tip of his middle finger.

Buccaneers coach Greg Schiano has benched QB Josh Freeman, who has been under center for the team since his rookie year, replacing Freeman with rookie Mike Glennon, the Buccaneers 73rd overall pick out of North Carolina State in the 2013 NFL Draft.

"Any time you work hard with somebody, it's a tough decision," said Schiano. "We feel Mike gives us the best chance to win on Sunday. We felt, at this time, Mike Glennon gives us the best chance to win. We believe this was the best thing to do for our football team."

Pittsburgh Steels (0-3) at Minnesota Vikings (0-3)
Both teams travel to London to play at Wembley Stadium, as part of the NFL International Series, with 0-3 records to start the season. The Vikings lost to the Cleveland Browns in Week 3, days after the Browns traded their starting running back Trent Richardson and giving up 321 yards and three touchdowns to Brian Hoyer - making only his second career NFL start. Matt Cassel will step up in for starter Christian Ponder, who suffered broken ribs in the game against the Browns.

The Steelers are 0-3 for the first time since 2000, losing to the Chicago Bears last week. The Steelers wasted WR Antonio Brown's 196 yards and two touchdown performance with QB Ben Roethlisberger going 26-of-41 for 406 yards with a pair of touchdowns, two interceptions, and two fumbles.

"I can't turn the ball over, plain and simple," said Roethlisberger.

New York Giants (0-3) at Kansas City Chiefs (3-0)
The defense has been the key to Kansas City's 3-0 success, forcing five turnovers during head coach Andy Reid's return to Philadelphia last week, including S Eric Berry returning a tipped pass for a 38-yard touchdown. Kansas City leads the league with 7 ½ sacks, 4 ½ coming from LB Justin Houston.

The Giants got shut out by the Carolina Panthers, getting thrashed 38-0, the franchise's first 0-3 start since 1996. New York played poorly in every facet of the game, including giving up 402 yards to the Panther and Manning throwing for a measly 119 yards, an interception - his eighth of the year, and got sacked seven times.

"Words aren't going to fix anything," said Manning. "It's about us having great practices and coming out there and playing better on game day."

Indianapolis Colts (2-1) at Jacksonville Jaguars (0-3)
The Jaguars have been inept on offense, worst in the league with 230.3 yards per game, with opening week starter Blaine Gabbert back under center this week. RB Maurice Jones- Drew, who has been hobbled with a ankle injury, has averaged for sub-par 2.6 yards per carry this season.

The Colts revitalized their running game, making a rare mid-season trade for Cleveland Browns RB Trent Richardson, providing Andrew Luck with another weapon to take pressure off him. Richardson teamed up with Ahmad Bradshaw to compile 179 rush yards as a unit in his debut against the San Francisco 49ers last week.

"It was as complete a game as I think we've played since we've been here," said Colts head coach Chuck Pagano.

Seattle Seahawks (3-0) at Houston Texans (2-1)
The was no let-down with the Seahawks, who defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars in dominant fashion, with QB Russell Wilson throwing for four touchdowns and 202 yards. WR Sidney Rice and TE Zach Miller both caught two touchdown passes apiece in the 29-3 rout of the Jaguars.

Houston lost their first game of the season, last week, going down to the Baltimore Ravens after QB Matt Schaub threw an interception returned 37 yards for a touchdown by Ravens LB Daryl Smith and the Texans special teams giving up an 82-yard punt return for a score.

Cincinnati Bengals (2-1) at Cleveland Browns (1-2)
The Browns surprised everyone, not only trading RB Trent Richardson, in a move many saw as throwing in the towel for the 2013 season, but then going out and getting their first win of the season against the Minnesota Vikings. Browns head coach Rob Chudzinski started 3rd-string QB Brian Hoyer over back-up Jason Campbell, throwing for 321 yards and three touchdowns despite three interceptions, finding TE Jordan Cameron in the end zone with 51-seconds left, for the game-winning touchdown.

The Bengals made a statement, overcoming four straight turnover after jumping to an early 14-0 lead, scoring 13 points in the fourth quarter to beat the Green Bay Packers.

"We're a good football team," said Bengals coach Marvin Lewis. "If we want to be a good team, we have to beat good teams. That's how you end up being a great team."

Chicago Bears (3-0) at Detroit Lions (2-1)
The Bears have a one game lead in the division over the Lions and are coming off a 40-23 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers. The defense forced five turnovers, including an interception by S Major Wright who returned it for a 38-yard touchdown and a fumble returned for 42-yards by DE Julius Peppers; while QB Jay Cutler 20-of-30 for 159 yards and a touchdown.

The Lions defeated Washington last week, with RB Joique Bell going 132 offense yards and a touchdown, in place of the injured Reggie Bush. The Lions will be without WR Nate Burleson - who has 19 catches for 239 yards for the season, after suffering a broken arm after a car accident earlier in the week.

"We'll miss him, but we won't miss a beat," said Lions head coach Jim Schwartz.

New York Jets (2-1) at Tennessee Titans (2-1)
The Jets had to overcome a franchise-record 20 penalties to edge out the Bills out 27-20 with QB Geno Smith setting a Jets rookie record throwing for 331 yards, out-dueling fellow rookie EJ Manuel.

"His communication and level of expertise is just getting better," said Jets right guard Willie Colon. "It's important for us to get him in a rhythm, keep his confidence high."

Tennessee won last week, defeating the San Diego Chargers, also had to overcome sloppy penalties. The Titans are the third most penalized team in the NFL, and gave up 10 penalties in the first 30 minutes of a three-point victory over San Diego.

"We're going to talk about them," said Titans head coach Mike Munchak. "We're going to learn from them. We're going to learn how to be smarter."

Washington Redskins (0-3) at Oakland Raiders (1-2)
Oakland may start back-up QB Matt Flynn, after starter Terrelle Pryor went down with a concussion in their Monday game against the Denver Broncos. Oakland's defense got cut to shreds by Peyton Manning, giving up three touchdowns and 374 passing yards on a 32-of-37 performance, 536 total yards in the game.

Lucky for Oakland's defense, they face a Washington offense that has sputtered out the gates, as Robert Griffin III continues to come back from last year's devastating knee injury. Washington is off to their worst start in 12 years, with Griffin turning the ball over five times, including four interceptions, in three games.

"He's not fully healthy," said Washington WR Pierre Garcon. "Last year's RG3 was a lot different than this year's RG because of his knee. It's not surprising, we've been talking about it the whole offseason. I don't think he's 100 percent, but he's definitely giving 100 percent effort to get 100 percent."

Philadelphia Eagles (1-2) at Denver Broncos (3-0)
The Eagles go on the road after back-to-back home loses to San Diego and Kansas City, facing a Broncos team whose offense has been a huge roll, with QB Peyton Manning throwing 12 touchdowns in three weeks. The Eagles defense has their work cut out for them, ranking at the bottom of every defensive category including points allowed (28.7), rushing yards (115.3), passing yards (323.0) and total yards (438.3).

Denver's offense is averaging a league-high 374.7 passing yards per game and an NFL-best 486.7 total yards per game, just ahead of Chip Kelly's high-octane Eagle offense (461.7 ypg).

"We've worked hard on the passing game, starting with the offseason and training camp," said Manning. "We knew it was going to play a pivotal role for us this year. But I still think you strive for balance. I think we averaged four yards-per-carry in the run game, 4 1/2 yards or so, and when you can do that, that can certainly help your passing game and help put their defense in a little bit of a bind."

Dallas Cowboys (2-1) at San Diego Chargers (1-2)
Cowboys RB DeMarco Murray has taken pressure off QB Tony Romo and helped Dallas take the NFC East division lead, rushing for 175 yards on 26 carries in last Sunday's 31-7 win over the St. Louis Rams.

"If you give DeMarco holes, he can make great cuts and can take it all the way," said Cowboys linebacker Sean Lee. "He's a complete back, and so it was fun to see him break out a little bit."

The Chargers are heading in the opposite direction with their running game, Ryan Mathews leading the team with 164 yards for the season, 11 yards less than for what Murray's performance last week alone, and has yet to score a touchdown in the season. The Chargers lack of discipline has hurt them, losing 116 yards on 11 penalties, in the last-second loss to the Tennessee Titans after WR Justin Hunter caught a 34-yard touchdown pass with 15 seconds left in the game.

TV: 4:25 p.m. on FOX

New England Patriots (3-0) at Atlanta Falcons (1-2)
The Falcons season has not started the way they wanted with a division loss to the New Orleans Saints on opening week and losing to the Miami Dolphins last week despite a 377 to 285 edge in total offensive yards, giving a touchdown with 38-seconds left in the game. Falcon RB Steven Jackson will miss another week due to a hamstring injury, and will be replaced again by the tandem of Jacquizz Rodgers (86 yards rushing last week) and Jason Snelling (53 yards against Miami and four catches for 58 yards).

Patriots QB Tom Brady has kept New England undefeated despite major changes to their wide receiver corp with TE Rob Gronkowski and WR Danny Amendola going down with injuries. Brady found rookie WR Kenbrell Thompkins twice in the end zone to beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 23-3 last week. Both Amendola and Gronkowski are listed as questionable for Sunday night's game.

"I feel good, we're 3-0," said Pats All-Pro nose tackle Vince Wilfork. "You can't ask for anything better."
