The English translation to "Pokémon Origins" has been confirmed, but it won't premiere on U.S. television.

According to The Pokémon Company International, in time to celebrate the worldwide release date of "Pokémon X and Y," an anime based on the first-generation video games will be released but only for Pokémon TV, which can be accessed by visiting Pokémon.com/tv.

The first-generation video games, which were "Pokémon Red" and "Pokémon Blue" in the U.S., will be retold in a four-episode series starting Nov. 15.

The special won't feature Ash Ketchum but instead will feature the protagonist Red.

Red will travel with his starter Pokémon Charmander as he encounters gym battles, Team Rocket, his Rival Blue, and challenge the Pokémon League.

The four-part series won't be uploaded in its entirely on the same day as the last three episodes will be posted on Pokémon TV several days after Nov. 15.

Latinos Post reported about "Pokémon Origins" when the Japanese version of the trailer first launch in August. The premiere of Japan's "Pocket Monsters: The Origin" will debut on Oct. 2, more than a month ahead of the U.S. debut.

"Pokémon Origins" will come nearly a month after the two-episode preview of the sixth-generation-based series "Pokémon the Series: XY" debut on Cartoon Network on Oct. 19. The two-episode preview of Ketchum's activities in the new Kalos region will be cut short as the full season is set to continue in early 2014 for U.S. fans.

Meanwhile, the "Pokémon X" and "Pokémon Y" video games will be released in Australia, Europe, Japan, and North America on Oct. 12 for the Nintendo 3DS and the new Nintendo 2DS.
