A new principal has taken the reigns at McKinley High, and she means business.

A sneak peak from "Glee's" season premiere shows that Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) is back at McKinley High and has taken on a powerful new position: high school principal.

Sylvester has returned to McKinley after being fired as the Cheerios coach. The "New Directions" nemesis was able to return due to a particular student's suspension. The video features Sylvester's voice over saying, "Your prayers have been answered: Sue Sylvester is back at McKinley."

It's highly doubtful that the students of McKinley wanted to see the acerbic cheerleading coach ever again, let alone in a position of power. Nevertheless, the students who are still at McKinley will be mainly focusing on the task at hand: a two-week Beatles assignment.

The season five opener will be a two-parter that will consist entirely of Beatles songs. The first part will be called "Love, Love, Love," and will split time between the girls in New York and the students back at McKinley, which will be the format for the entire season.

The students will be decked out in Sgt. Pepper outfits, and will then don flowing, hippie-style outfits to belt out songs by the Fab Four.

Meanwhile, Rachel (Lea Michele) and Santana (Naya Rivera) will start small in an effort to eventually break into show biz in New York City. Rachel will start by finally making it to Broadway-- the Broadway Diner, that is. Santana will also book a commercial for a certain feminine hygiene product.

While in the Big Apple, Rachel and Santana will meet Dani, an artist, who will be played by Disney star Demi Lovato. Dani will also strike up a romance with Santana. "American Idol" star Adam Lambert will also be guest starring to sing with the characters based in NYC.

Pheobe Strole, Lea Michele's "Spring Awakening" co-star, also joins the cast as Penny Owen, a college student. It appears like Strole's character will be dipping into the role of school nurse, and will get intimate-- although at first, not in a good way-- with Sam (Chord Overstreet). Kitty (Becca Tobin) and Artie (Kevin McHale) will also get flirty, and the glee club members will coax Kitty to run for prom queen.

Erinn Westbrook will also debut in the recurring role of Bree, the nasty new Cherrio who will take aim at the New Directions. Westbrook has appeared in the syndicated sitcom "Mr. Box Office," Nick at Nite's "See Dad Run" and episodes of "Twisted" and "Switched at Birth."

"Glee" premieres on September 26 on Fox.
