A special presentation for "Pokémon X and Y" is set to debut on Wednesday morning.

Nintendo has confirmed it will hold a "Pokémon Direct" presentation, and it will feature the upcoming sixth-generation games.

The "Pokémon Direct" will be aired at the same time worldwide at 7 a.m. EST (4 a.m. PST, 12 p.m. BST, and 8 p.m. in Japan).

The last time a "Pokémon Direct" video was presented was on Jan. 8, which featured the announcement of "Pokémon X and Y." The January "Pokémon Direct" confirmed the three new starter Pokémon, glimpses of Xerneas and Yveltal, and the October release date.

Nintendo Global President Satoru Iwata presented January's "Pokémon Direct." It is unknown if Iwata will return for the second "Pokémon Direct" link on Wednesday.

"Pokémon X" and "Pokémon Y" will be released simultaneously in North America, Europe, Japan, and Australia on Oct. 12 for the Nintendo 3DS and the recently announced Nintendo 2DS.

The suggested retail price for the upcoming Pokémon video games are $39.99, each.
