Nokia released a new advertisement for the Lumia 925 comparing its photographic capabilities to Apple's iPhone 5.

"Everyday, more photos are taken on the iPhone 5 than any other phone, but at Nokia, we prefer to build for quality, not just quantity," says the narrator of the "Better Photos Every Day" commercial.

Side-by-side images are shown in the ad comparing the Lumia 925 to the iPhone. The first is a skateboarder under the Lumia 925's action shot, motion blur, and best shot images next to one iPhone 5 snapshot. A second features a couple with flash photography. The third features stuffed animals. The same flash concept then continues with a fruit dessert.

The advertisement is the latest focusing on the Windows Phone 8 device's PureView technology with Carl Zeiss optics.

The advertisement also features a distinct different pronunciation of the Nokia name. To most people, Nokia is pronounced as "No-key-ah" but the narrator is heard saying "Nah-key-ah."

The Lumia 925's features include a 4.5-inch display with 1,280x768 pixels and a 2,000mAh battery capacity for the 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor. The Lumia 925's wireless connections include the latest Bluetooth and NFC technology. The maximum standby time is 440 hours and just over 12 hours of talk time on a 3G network.
