Instead of paying the $99.95 at once, HSN offers consumers to split the cost through its FlexPays option, which allows the buyer to make four installments of $24.99.

"We will bill your credit card for the first monthly installment plus tax and shipping. The balance is then automatically billed to your credit card in equal monthly installments beginning 30 days after the original order date," noted HSN about its FlexPays plan.

HSN also ships the Lumia 521 for free.

The Lumia 521, which is 4G enabled, has a 4-inch touchscreen and 5-megapixel camera with 720p HD video recording. When it comes to memory, the smartphone has 8GB of internal storage with 512MB of RAM. A microSD card slot is available for an additional 64GB of storage. The battery capacity for the Windows Phone 8 smartphone is 1,430mAh.

With the HSN purchase of the Lumia 521, the consumer will receive a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, AC adapter, DC car charger, USB cable, screen protector, a cloth, activation card, one-year limited warranty, and a T-Mobile SIM card.

The special offer, according to the official HSN website ends at 12 a.m. EST.

Latinos Post will monitor if the Lumia 521 price remains the same or increases following today's special.
