Apple's iOS maintained its hefty lead over rival mobile and tablet operating systems for the month of June.
According to NetMarketShare, iOS finished ahead of Google's Android with a 32.9 percent difference. The Apple mobile platform amassed 57.56 percent of the June market share, which is 1.93 percent drop from May.

Unlike iOS, Android saw a minimal gain of 0.26 percent from May to June. The Google mobile operating system finished June with 24.4 percent.
Java ME maintained its third place position with an increase from 10.2 in May to June's 10.72 percent.
Symbian and Microsoft's Windows Phone saw small growths in June but not enough to change its fourth and fifth place finish, respectively. Symbian garnered 2.26 percent of the June mobile and tablet market share, narrowly ahead of Windows Phone's 2.26 percent.
Apple's mobile and tablet market share consecutive victory is a change from other analytical firms' figures.
As Latinos Post reported, comScore featured Android on top with 52.4 percent while Apple finished second at 39.2 percent. Windows Phone saw performed better in comScore's numbers with a fourth place behind BlackBerry, which does not appear on NetMarketShare's figures.
