CM Punk is reported to have obtained a retraining order against his estranged mother who is constant asking him for money and threatening harm to herself when he does not come through, according to TMZ.

Punk has tried to severe ties with his mother, telling the court she is responsible for years of abusive, harassing, and threatening behavior.

Punk has tried to help his mother, telling the court he had given her more than $100,000 but her "abusive / threatening" demands kept escalating when he threatened to cut her off, including her threatening to committ suicide on four occasions. A judge had granted Punk a temporary restraining order but the WWE superstar would like to extend the order to several years.

In other news, Paramount Studios has announced that they will reboot The Terminator franchise, expected to launch in July 2015. Rumors that persist that "The Rock" Dwayne Johnson will be a cast member of the popular action movie series. This would mark the second time The Rock will work with Arnold Schwarzenegger, working together on a scene n the movie, The Rundown.

The Rock has earned a reputation as a "go-to" guy for Hollywood action movies - finding success with G.I. Joe Retaliation, Snitch, and Fast and Furious 6 and 7.

Next, with Summerslam 2013 around the corner, Daniel Bryan is expected to take on John Cena at Summerslam for the WWE Title on the line with CM Punk and Brock Lesnar competing in the co-main event. Expect the Bella Twins to be involved in the Cena-Bryan match as as result of Nikki Bella's real-life relationship with Cena and Bryan's real-life relationship with Brie Bella. The match will be built up on both the Raw and Smackdown shows as well as in the Bellas reality show, Total Divas. Other matches slated for Summerslam are Dean Ambrose defending the title against Christian, Curtis Axel defending the Intercontinental title against The Miz.

In other developments, a location has been found for a brick-and-mortar WWE Hall of Fame, with reports indicating that it will be built in Orlando, Fla., at the former home of rival wrestling promotion Impact Wrestling.

And in more news, Matt Borne, 56, known to WWE fans as Doink the Clown, passed away. Borne, 56, portrayed the popular Doink the Clown character as a evil prankster clown wrestler who had entertaining feuds for the WWE Intercontinental Championship with Bret "the Hitman" Hart and "Mr. Perfect" Curt Henning.
