The fifth week of "La Voz Kids" featured a plethora of new talent that saw judge Paulina Rubia continue to extend her leader over her fellow coaches.

Opening the show was Lourlily who did not get chosen by any of the coaches. Coach Roberto Tapia said that she had a lot of energy but had intonation issues. Rubio also said she was wonderful but needed more practice. Meanwhile judge Prince Royce told her that she needed to loosen up before going out on stage. Lourlily thanked the coaches and later thanked her parents for allowing her to be on "La Voz."

Virigina was the next contestant to hit the stage and had all three coaches turn around for her. Rubio said she had a lot of potential while Tapia said she was incredible. After the judges argued over her, Virigina chose Royce because he had a personality similar to hers.

Kimberly was then chosen by Royce who said she had a great voice and had a lot of potential. Additionally, he said she had a unique voice that he did not have on his team.

Axel followed and his performance prompted a moment of comedy with Rubio. The judge pressed her button numerous times but could not get her chair to turn around. Instead, she stood up and said that he had captivated the audience. Axel's addition to the La Voz marked the first time that Rubio finally obtained a male participant for her team.

Madalyn made Tapia and Rubio turned around. Rubio said that her voice projected a lot while Tapia enjoyed her singing. Madalyn surprisingly picked Tapia after Rubio argued with Tapia and Royce for her.

Eric was the next singer who had Royce and Tapia turn around. Royce said that he needed a coach who would help him fix his intonation. Tapia tried to persuade him by stating that he was the first to turn around. He added that his voice was strong and wonderful to listen to. At the end Eric picked Tapia.

The next singer was Nelson, but he did not have any luck with the coaches. Rubio said he was nervous while Tapia and Royce said that he had a unique voice but needed to train a little harder.

The ensuing participant Jessica was picked by Rubio while Johanna chose Tapia as her coach over Royce. Sebastian was later chosen by Rubio even though Tapia and Royce believed he was not completely into the song.

Lisbet was the final performer of the night and had all three coaches turn around for her.  Tapia gave her a standing ovation while Royce said she was perfect and extraordinary. Rubio said her interpretation was beautiful while Tapia said she was excellent. Lisbet chose Royce because she likes how he sings.

At the end of the night all three coaches obtained three singers. Rubio now has 16 voices while Royce has 14. Tapia ended the night with 15 singers.

Next Sunday at 8 PM will be the final round of blind auditions.
