There is still a long way to go until the return of SAMCRO, but that doesn't mean fans aren't already speculating on what's to come. There have been rumors and cast interviews from the early stages of production, and now it looks like there will be more new additions to the season 6 cast.

As TV Line reports, Bridget Regan, known for her role as Alex in "Beauty and the Beast," will join the Sons over the course of several episodes. Her role remains somewhat shrouded in mystery, however, it's likely that she will play one of the many escorts, as creator Kurt Sutter previously revealed that season 6 would "delve deeper in the escort world." It's also possible that Regan could befriend Tara (Maggie Siff) in prison following the season 5 finale.

Regan won't be the only new addition to the cast. According to Entertainment Weekly, former "The Shield" star CCH Pounder will also be coming on to make life more difficult for the members of SAMCRO. Pounder will play the role of San Joaquin County District Attorney, proving to be yet another major headache for Jax (Charlie Hunnam) and the gang.

Kim Dickens from "Deadwood" is also reported to join the cast as a powerful and seductive madame. With Tara off to prison, it's likely that the newcomer could tempt Jax into infidelity, as he's been so many times before.

In addition to the cast adjustments, Sutter promised fans that season 6 will be the most violent yet, which is saying a lot in the wake of Opie's death in season 5. The show will pick up with Jax at the helm of SAMCRO, while Clay (Ron Perlman) remains in prison. Jax is already feeling the heat from Lee Toric (Donal Logue) and the other clubs in Charming, so it will be interesting to see how he handles himself under pressure.

"Sons of Anarchy" will return to FX this fall.
