Amanda Bynes continues her suing spree as she has now claimed that she will take legal action against TMZ for posting pictures of her bong.

The former child star wrote on Twitter that TMZ was creating fake evidence. She initially tweeted, "Tmz is being sued as we speak. That's fake! They and NYPD is trying to frame me for a crime I didn't commit. There was no drug paraphanilia in or around my apartment on the day I was arrested. Someone went to my apartment and photographed glass outside. This is the smutiest site of all. I've already forgotten about it! I'm drug free and love talking about it!"

A few hours later she continued her rant and stated, "I'm suing Tmz for staging fake bong photos. It's not even a bong! The photo shows it's clearly a clear and blue stained glass Ciroc bottle from some random street. You can't create fake evidence long they released me after they searched my apartment and the street and found no proof of drug use or drug paraphanilia inside or outside my apartment. They're a lame excuse for a news source. They're criminals and should be arrested! I was treated like an animal by the cops and I will do anything to receive justice. Tmz are liars and criminals for creating false evidence! My lawyer is sending a lawsuit to their office."

This is the third time that Bynes has announced that she will sue a company or an organization. She already said that she would take the NYPD to court for allegedly harassing her. Earlier on Tuesday the starlet stated that a cop had "slapped my vagina."

She added, "My lawyer and I are taking this mistake extremely seriously! You cannot illegally enter my apartment then take me to mental hospital without any grounds... I have never been so offended in my life. They found nothing criminal on me or around me, one cop then sexually assaulted me, so I'm suing for all of the above!"

Bynes also reported that would sue InTouch magazine for posting fake pictures of her apartment. "That's not my bed! Those aren't my toes! My toes are pedicured! I just did an exclusive interview with intouch last week, now they bought fake altered photos by that ugly black man in the photo or someone who knows him! [sic]," Bynes tweeted.

"I have to sue because that's not my apartment, those aren't my clothes! They morphed photos of my face onto someone's body to ruin my life! The photos in this issue are fake and mocked up! I don't care enough to keep talking about it. Just assume that I [expletive] the boyfriend of the editor of intouch because they [expletive] hate me!"

Throughout the past year Bynes has claimed that she would also sue Perez Hilton and US Weekly for printing false inofrmation. However, she never taken action.
