On August 11, the final eight episodes of "Breaking Bad" will begin. Fans will have the chance to see their worst nightmares come true. Walt (Bryan Cranston) could destroy his entire family. He could continue his unforgiving killing spree and wreak havoc on Albuquerque. He could suffer a painful death and we'd be left to wonder, did he deserve it?

There's no way to know how things will end for Walt. He's too unpredictable. As the previous seasons transpired, we watched him make one horrifying decision after another, each one more surprising than the last. Just when we think he's gone too far, he goes further. But as much as we've been agonizing over his fate, it's going to be a bittersweet ending. We can't wait to find out how Walt's crystal meth empire comes to an end, but then what will be left? We'll have no more "Breaking Bad" to get us through the week. We need more.

Luckily, we will get more. Granted, it isn't much, but it's better than nothing. On the upcoming June 4 DVD release of the first half of season five, the "Breaking Bad" creators threw in an eight-minute, uncensored bonus scene called "Chick 'N' Guns." The mini episode features Jesse (Aaron Paul), Saul (Bob Odenkirk) and Skinny Pete (Charles Baker) and will provide more insight into the broken and scarred relationship between Jesse and Walt.

"The extra scene we created exclusively for the Blu-ray and DVD proves just how much the relationship between Jesse and Walt has drastically changed over the past five seasons of 'Breaking Bad,'" said creator Vince Gilligan.

In the added scene, Jesse and Saul conspire to stop Walt's reign of terror. They're afraid Walt will kill them as easily as he did Mike (Jonathan Banks). It will serve as an ad-on to a scene in episode 508 when Walt delivers cash to the 'retired' Jesse, which ends as Jesse draws a concealed gun. We're not sure if Jesse won't get cold feet again, but it will certainly play into the second half of season five.

"Breaking Bad" will return to AMC on August 11.
