The Grand Theft Auto series is well known for having superb soundtracks, and now fans of the series can buy official playlists from the radio stations from the series on iTunes and Spotify. Playlists from Grand Theft Auto 4, Liberty City, Vice City, and San Andreas all are available now. The full playlists are available on Rockstar Game's Newswire, and over 50 unique playlists are available. These playlists vary from time period specific music from Vice City, to more modern tracks from the later games in the series.

This is the latest announcement from Rockstar, who are busy at work finishing Grand Theft Auto 5. The developer has remained mostly silent about the game, aside from releasing a few screenshots and painting a mural in New York City of the game's box art, due to their desire to keep the game a mystery to gamers.

Rockstar has yet to release any information about what music will be on the next game, but considering the amount of variety previous games have had, there will be something for everybody in Grand Theft Auto 5's radio stations.

This release of several game's official playlists also reflects the recent trend of Rockstar preparing fans for the new game by looking at past games of the series. Grand Theft Auto Vice City and Liberty City stories both were recently released onto the PlayStation Network, and now gamers have the chance to further immerse themselves in the world of the games by listening to their favorite radio stations from the games.

Grand Theft Auto 5 releases September 17 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
